Professionalism Lizzy was very professional and an extremely knowledgeable realtor. She helped us with anything we didn’t understand as we live in the UK and selling in the USA is different to UK. All forms were digitally sent for us to sign and Lizzy would explain what they were for. We were fortunate to have a quick sale which was helped by Lizzy getting our villa promoted prominently. Best Person, Best Realtor in Florida! I’ve had two sales and one purchase with Lizzy. She knows florida, the people and the market. Had a full price offer first day. Priced home right for quick sale. I don’t want a realtor that promises to list the house over price to get the listing. This just slows everything down. I want hard work, honesty and loyalty, and i have always gotten those things from Lizzy. I would recommend her without hesitation. She has resources because her husband is in the maintenance business. This was and is a great asset because she has the resources to meet any repair demand that can present itself during a transaction.
